グローバルサミット2026で、苫米地進化論ミニマル5定理版を暫定公開した。https://tomabechi.jp/archives/51662332.html 私の研究報告論文は色々な制約で非公開だが、国際平和貢献ということで関係各所と調整し暫定公開したもの。暫定とはいえ公開なので著作権等を尊重してもらった上で引用、教育用使用は問題ない。暫定公開した進化論は苫米地認知生物学論文集の一部。ただ、これの理解には別系統の苫米地認知物理学論文の読了が本来前提にある。とりあえず関係各所と調整の上、苫米地認知物理学の基盤部分の認知時間論ミニマル6定理版を教育用途で暫定公開する。これは私の未公開研究報告論文集の一つ。因みに認知物理学、認知生物学の定理群は最近大分整理が進み、現在は基盤定理は22定理に絞られている。全ては難しいが大半は暫定公開出来ると考えている。あくまで教育、平和利用に限定。今回の認知時間論ミニマル6定理論文も他の全ての論文同様、念のため友人の国際学会トップレベル査読委員教授に目を通してもらって健全性、厳密性はチェック済みだが、非公開研究報告論文の暫定公開であることをご理解を。
At the Global Summit 2026, I made a provisional public release of the Minimal Five-Theorem Version of the Tomabechi Theory of Evolution. https://tomabechi.jp/archives/51662332.html My research papers are normally not made public because of various restrictions; however, in the interest of contributing to international peace, I coordinated with the relevant organizations and obtained permission for this provisional release.
Although it is a provisional release, it is nevertheless a public publication. I kindly ask that its copyright and other intellectual property rights be respected. Quotation and educational use are welcome.
The released theory of evolution constitutes one part of the Collected Papers on Tomabechi Cognitive Biology. Strictly speaking, a proper understanding of this work presupposes familiarity with a separate body of work, namely the Tomabechi Cognitive Physics papers.
Accordingly, after further coordination with the relevant organizations, I am also making available, for educational purposes, a provisional release of the Minimal Six-Theorem Version of the Tomabechi Theory of Cognitive Time, which forms the foundational part of Tomabechi Cognitive Physics. This paper is one of my previously unpublished research manuscripts.
Incidentally, the theorem systems of both Tomabechi Cognitive Physics and Tomabechi Cognitive Biology have recently undergone substantial reorganization. The foundational framework has now been consolidated into 22 core theorems. While it is not possible to release all of them at present, I believe that most can eventually be made available through provisional public releases. These releases are intended solely for educational and peaceful purposes.
As with my other papers, the Minimal Six-Theorem Version of the Theory of Cognitive Time has been reviewed by a close colleague who serves as a senior reviewer for major international academic conferences. Its mathematical rigor and soundness have been carefully examined. Nevertheless, I ask readers to understand that this remains a provisional public release of a research paper that has otherwise remained unpublished.
